Code of Conduct

πŸ“© Responsiveness and communication: The participant must carefully read all official communications (email, infopack, WhatsApp updates), reply within a reasonable time, and respect the time and deadlines of the sending organisation and hosting partners.

βœ… Full participation: The participant must take part actively in all sessions and meetings, be punctual, and respect the timetable.

βš–οΈ Follow the rules: The participant must respect the laws and regulations of the host country and the venue rules.

🀝 Respect and inclusion: The participant must be open-minded and respectful. Harassment, discrimination or aggressive behaviour is not allowed.

🚫 No illegal or dangerous activities: Illegal or risky behaviour is forbidden during the project.

πŸ›‘ No weapons or illegal substances: The participant must not bring weapons or illegal substances to the activity.

🍺🚫 Alcohol and drugs: Alcohol, drugs or anything that impairs participation is not allowed.

✈️ Travel responsibility: The participant is responsible for arranging their travel and visa if needed, unless organisers state otherwise.

πŸ›‘οΈ Insurance: The participant must have valid travel/health insurance and provide proof if requested.

πŸ₯— Health information: The participant must inform organisers in advance about dietary restrictions, allergies or medical conditions.

πŸŽ’ Personal belongings: The participant is responsible for their own items. Organisers are not liable for loss or damage.

πŸ’₯ Damage: Any damage caused by the participant must be reported and replaced or paid by the participant.

πŸ“² Communication: The participant must inform organisers immediately if their contact details or emergency contact change.

🌍 Intercultural contribution: The participant should be ready to share their culture and experiences, for example during intercultural night, and learn from others.

πŸ“Έ Visibility and media: By participating, the participant agrees that photos/videos taken during the project may be used for promotion, dissemination and reporting.

πŸ—“οΈ Programme changes: Organisers may adjust the schedule or programme if needed.

⭐ Reputation: The participant must not do anything that could harm the project or the Erasmus+ Programme's reputation.
